Marketing
The company each year adds new and innovative products to its portfolio, offering the latest to the medical community. Luminary endorsements is a key area and forms an integral part of business policy. The products are chosen keeping in view its efficacy, safety profile and clinical data.
A series of workshop presentations are planned for new products in the three most important cities of Pakistan namely Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Such events are two types, for doctors where a technique is involved, and the other to educate the end user in the form of patient seminar. Effort is made to provide media coverage of these events involving a PR company as well as personal relations with TV and print organizations.
AestheticLife believes in promoting a brand directly to the end user too. Various advertisements are placed in leading lifestyle and fashion magazines, and promo videos are run on cable TV. Waiting area videos are encouraged to be played at clinics, and patient brochures of every treatment offered are provided free of cost. Celebrity endorsement is also popular but the selection is important as it should suit the procedure.
Each year, the company participates on a grand scale at the Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Dental, Opthalmology, and Beauty congresses. Company representatives are invited at the annual meetings where they are able to meet the end users. Workshops and symposiums are organized that offer a good opportunity to address the attending delegates.
Future Plan
Every year, the company’s representative visits internationally renowned congress meetings namely AAD, EADV, IMCAS, ASAPS, FDI, ASLMS, and A4M. Looking at recent trends, AestheticLife will add new products in cosmetic dentistry, anti aging, obesity management, eye correction surgery and MedSpa segment.
Due to the rise of non-surgical and minimum invasive procedures, doctors are viewing the body contouring and obesity management segments with key interest. LASIK procedures are still not common and this segment surely will increase in the near future. |
